Paris Visits & Tours provides geo-located audio tours of Paris accessible via our mobile application and website. All content is copyright protected and reserved for users with a valid paid access.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time; no partial refund is provided for the current period.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell Service content without written authorization. Any attempt to circumvent technical protections is strictly prohibited.
All Service content — text, images, audio, data — is the exclusive property of UNICORN UNITED or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of tourist information or continuous service availability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The update date at the top of this page will be refreshed. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
